We have finally completed all of our adoption paperwork & it is officially on file with the agency - woo hoo! We began working before Christmas last year on our fundraising & only have $7500 remaining to raise. Praise God for His provision! We are excited to be so close to our goal & would appreciate your prayers as we continue working on our fundraising. We hope to be finished within the next month or so.
We started working in May on our adoption paperwork & homestudy update. Now that it is finished, we are just waiting on "the call". Based on our previous experiences with our wonderful agency, we know to be prepared because the wait times are usually very short.
I'm so glad to have the paperwork finished - whew! :-) Now we can focus more fully on our fundraising efforts & for preparing for the child who will soon join our family through the miracle of adoption. We continue praying for our birthmom & ask that you join us in lifting her in prayer, whoever & wherever she may be. We are anxious to see God at work through these series of events & give Him all the glory!
